A spooky Halloween encounter with Zoltar the Fortune Teller

During the Printing United Expo October 22-24 in Orlando, Florida, the Significans team enjoyed a night on the town – and met the eternal mystic, Zoltar the Fortune Teller! The clairvoyant crystal ball gazer, dedicated diviner, miraculous mind reader, outstanding oracle, proud prophet, solemn soothsayer… ok, ok… you get the point!
Actually, we came across a vintage fortune-telling machine “Zoltar Speaks” at Kings Entertainment. You simply insert money to receive your fortune, which is then printed on a card and spoken through a loudspeaker – by a solemn-looking figure who moves, talks, and gestures, while turning his head slowly from side to side. And no, it wasn’t Significans President Marc Raad giving one of his fascinating talks on workflow automation at the AI pavilion!
“Something that has been puzzling you will finally be revealed,” Zoltar declared. My goodness! How could he possibly know that our team would continue to be inspired to solve our clients’ most puzzling prepress and production problems with highly customized, AI-driven workflow software integration solutions? Miraculous!
And never mind that! When we asked Zoltar who would win the current 2025 World Series, he released a fortune-teller card saying: “Either the Blue Jays or the Dodgers.” Amazing!
